Pathetic FNB - Biggest company but the worst !!!! How ???
You guys are seriously PATHETIC!!!!
I’ve tried phoning over 2 days - seriously about 20 times, I have the call logs...
I finally get through ****ing ONCE !! I ask the guy so nicely to help me and put me through directly and STILL NO F****ing answer.
I’ve wasted so many minutes and airtime and no result.
All I want is my ****** current statement !!
You need to up your service and your employees because they are pathetic and ****ing Lazy to answer a call, it is TOO EASY TO TRANSFER THE CALL EVERY ****** TIME !!!
This is HIGHLY FRUSTRATING!!!!
