Pathetic FNB

Can this bank actually get anything right!!! This is an ongoing saga since the beginning of my daughters studies. Firstly you have to apply for a new loan each year of studies, you cannot just "top up" or add to your existing student loan, so currently we have 3 student loans with 3 different account numbers and 3 different debit orders all coming off on the same day - makes absolutely no sense!!!! Now the 1 loan has been converted into a personal loan for some reason even though at the beginning of each year I send proof that she is still studying, and now I am paying more than double what we have been paying all along when I queried this their answer was that a student loan is only for 12 months then thereafter it becomes a personal loan. EVEN THOUGH MY DAUGHTER IS STILL A STUDENT!

I literally give up with this bank! I will be moving my accounts to Standard Bank within the next week.
