Pathetic FNB

A colleague of mine had her funds frozen in her current account last year in July 2025 by FNB for NO REASON

It is now 9 months later and despite numerous visits to the branch and escalating it to the ***** department and numerous calls , they still have not put the funds back into her account

How can an institute as big as FNB employ such useless staff that it takes them more than a year to sort out a simple transaction and it has still not been s=resolved

Please people , be very aware of FNB - A lot of internal ***** going on !!!
