Pathetic fnb

Bad service i logged a query on the chat function as i was having trouble with transferring to specific acc.. But they said im 134 in the line so i jus went to the atm to my surprise i saw a 1000 out my acc so i saw msgs by the chat and this guy jus opened me a savings acc withput my permission i called in logged a complaint and still no call
