Pathetic fnb
Still pathetic and arogant service I can't even begin to explain how dissapointed and disgusted I am with fnb. 3 of their consultants told me that my bigger loan Wil be covered by the covid 19 relief and now they are expecting R2500 from me withing a day. Fnb is the worst

06 Oct 2020, 14:34I have been complaining now for over a week and it seems like nobody at fnb has any idea what I'm saying or has the knowledge to help me find a solution. What my complaint is all about simply fnb employees not knowing how to do their jobs. I have a loan with the repayment plan ove 6 months installment of R2400. I phoned fnb during the lockdown trying to find out how exactly this loan would work due to the covid relief fund the first time I was told the full loan amount would be covered by the covid relief fund. Then I would just repay the covid relief fund. I did this 3 times speaking to 3 different consultants so I ended up receiving a message my loan is R2400 in arrears. How do you expect me to get that kind of money now? With salary cuts and some people not even working at the moment? On my first complaint a very arogant lady contacted me and simply told me nothing can change my situation. I asked if I can make a different payment arrangement and she said no I can't I have to pay the R2400 first then I can arrange for next month. The brains are very little. If I had the money I would've paid it. But I don't so ill be changing banks now due to useless service from fnb.
