Pathetic FNB

I logged a complaint on Tuesday, I spent R300 on aitime trying to get answers and to date nobody can assist.

I was approved for a loan and then all of a sudden my load was declined. absolutely pathetic service. I did a new application and Mbali advised that my salary would be rectified as initially incorrect on system and the loan department would call me to complete app and till now nobody has called me. I asked her 3 times are you 100% sure and she gave me the affirmative. I am so sick of this really,no apology, not a sms , email absolutely, its like stuff you we have other customers to service who have no issues.
