Pathetic FNB

FNB is useless and pathetic. I needs bank statement from a month that has pas,I can't. No matter what I do,what way I go. I can't get it. I get to the ATM to get a statement,Wich I have done previously,I was told by the security that because I have this certain cheque account I can't get it,I must go into the branch. That's bull****. FNB is pathetic. ***** our money to upgrade their branches,and we must be happy with second best. Their helpline,Wich is suppose to work 24/7/365 is not available. What if your card wassten. You would have an empty account,and FNB will just pull up their shoulders saying,sorry. You send them an email complaining. Reply email reads. Your response is important. We'll get back to you in the next 5worki g days. They must rather close their doors. Their slogan must be:FNB we ***** your money.
