Pathetic FNB

I have been on the phone with FNB, trying to get to the overdraft department. Been transferred 5 times and given to different numbers to call. Call those numbers, get to an agent who transfer me to another department, get to that department and the transfer me to someone else and it just goes on and on like that. One word: pathetic
