Pathetic First National Bank

I have been trying for months now to get my paid up letter fom FNB. I am under debt review and they change my cheque acc number to a Personal loan acc number and now the debt review does not want to take my name off of their system because the account number differ. FNB is so useless they send you from pillar to post and no one can help you. Then they send you a paid up letter with someone elses details if they eventually send you something.
