Pathetic feedback

I have been a loyal FNB user for as long as I have had a bank account. Recently I thought it would be a good idea to join their cellular network. Worse decision of my technological exisitance. The service is ridiculous and frustrating. I have a top up flexible contract which allows me to preset the amount of data, minutes and sms' I get in a month. The price of data was low and has all of a sudden sky rocketed to the rest of the networks only they at least don't have dropped calls or terrible signal. This is not, however, the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. They have even more recently been running an unlimited calls campaign. It was a good price and only R10 more than what I was paying for my usual 500 minutes, so it made sense to inquire. After being told by more than one consultant that all I needed to do was dial a *something something # and all would be explained. It wasn't, BIG shocker, it had signed me up without terms and conditions being explained or even sent to me. I was now signed up for both 500 minutes and unlimited in November. After uncountable phone calls and so told escalations I am still not able to get a refund for the 500 minutes. How could I possibly use them if Imy also on unlimited. I was then told the only way a refund could be made was if it was first debited from my account. so I double paid effectively on the 1st of Dec. I have spend more than an hour just on hold and no one will give me any indication of how long it will take for me to sort this issue out. I should have stayed with Vodacom and not moved to FNB. It's so off putting it makes me want to move banks entirely!
