Pathetic experience I had dealing with FNB for the first time

Pathetic experience I had dealing with FNB for the first time. I waited 2 hours to just open an account and when I asked the lady who handles the floor after an hour if I can open an account on my phone she said she doesn't know how so she can't help me. I then proceeded to try and open the account myself on the app and online but I kept getting an error saying there is some technical difficulties. I mean seriously 2 hour waiting time just to get assistance. That's outrageous! FNB can seriously learn a thing or two from Capitec's waiting time to be served.
