Pathetic excuses for charging interest on CredCard

I was charged interest on my credit card account which I make sure to pay on the due date every month. When querying with FNB why I was charged interest for an account which I paid on the due date, this is what they responded: <br> <br> \Thank you for your correspondence. Payment of R10.500.00 was done on 30 December 2015 but it was done after cut off time
