Pathetic Excuse for a Bank Account frozen

Pathetic excuse for a bank. My account was frozen for no valid reason. A customer paid for an item and there was no size available. After communicating with the client and advisednof a refund, fnb froze my account without consulting me. This has put a strain on me as I need to pay bills and can't do anything with my account. Please investigate and activate my account.
