PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BANK

I have had it with your pathetic levels of customer service.<br> I spoke to one of your consultants on Friday and I was assured that this query would be resolved by today.<br> I AM NOT AN FNB CUSTOMER AND TRUST I DO NOT WISH TO BE ONE HAVING HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH FNB!!!<br> <br> I have sent my story to Times Media and I am in contact with my legal team as well as the banking ombudsman.<br> <br> THANKS TO FNB'S LACK OF QUALITY IN THEIR HOMELOANS PROCESSING DEPARTMENT I HAVE LOST OUT ON PURCHASING A NEW PROPERTY AND WILL BE HOMELESS SOON <br>
