Pathetic employees

Well where do I start with this review I'll start with pathetic service orderd a credit card on the 31st of April and still haven't been delivered to the bank.ive been there 3 times to find out what's going on and no one in the entire branch including the manager.. The MANAGER has sent emails and still hasn't ever gotten back.. Then just to top it all off a Male by the name of Sonwabo has the ordasity to talk back to me raise his voice at me and completely disregard what I'm saying.. I'd like to see how FNB at Randridge mall is held accountable for their actions... never in my life absolutely pathetic..
