Pathetic customer service no feedback

I utterly pathetic chat service. 2 incidents no feedback or assistance. First I wanted to close an account. One consultant says 10 working days another says 14 working days to date the account is still active and no email was received as the consultant said would happen. The second incident was reported via the chat I disputed a payment from my credit card it was for takealot the payment was processed and the order canceled to date nobody has contacted me or rectified the situation I'm trying via the chat to get a proof of payment to be told there is no proof yet I can c the transaction on the card the consultant didn't even know what transaction meant. So pathetic jus to get a proof of payment it's so difficult and nobody bothers to call u and rectify things. Fnb standards really have dropped
