Pathetic customer service

Terrible customer service! I called the customer care line to make a general enquiry on my fnb account the first consultant I spoke to acted like they couldn't hear me and transferred me to someone else who I told to call me back if the call gets cut and she took my number down. The call got cut and i haven't received a call back since. We pay alot to be with FNB we cannot accept this pathetic customer service!!! Kindly reach out to me to assist with my query.
