Pathetic Customer Service

I have logged numerous complaints - inquires regarding debit order dates. Its impossible to get a response of for a consultant to call you call back, when banking with this bank just make sure you always have funds available otherwise you will pay for failed debits orders constantly, Customer service is non existent
