Pathetic customer service

Fnb I am tired of your pathetic customer service my account has been hold since Wednesday without PRIOR notice I have sent the correct documents to my banker she has done her part but it’s your useless fica team do you realise my money is in my account that I need to use to live or should I start commit crimes since I can’t access my money as you fools have a hold on my account this is not a loan or credit card funds it’s hard earned money!
