Pathetic customer service

Phoned aspire service desk. First after all the security the call gets transferred multiple times. Second the quality of the call is terrible and the delay between each persons input is pathetic. Third after trying to explain the help I need FNB just goes silent, after waiting and requesting for over 2 minutes getting no response I ended the call.
