PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pathetic and poor service. I've called an FNB Customer Care to reverse an unauthorised debit order from my account. They put me on hold for for than an hour till I ran off airtime without assistance. I've been complaining with a poor service that this bank gives to it's customer's for months. It's time I switch to other bank. Wouldn't recommend FNB for anyone.
