Pathetic customer service!

I app**** for a consolidation loan from FNB, and upon my application was duly informed via my banking app that I qualified for a consolidation loan. I then completed the necessary documentation and was also given a written quote via email. Since then, there has been no further correspondence from FNB. Totally unprofessional service after banking with them for 34 years, too long! Prior to this any financial transactions between the said FNB and myself was instantaneous.Time to move banks!
