Pathetic Customer Service
I am tired of fighting fnb if i had money i would pay up this credit card and part ways with fnb. My credit card is now paid by fnb life however, this morning when i check my balance it shows that R392 was debit towards it i don't know why every second month i should be querying the same thing. I regret the day i switched my credit card from the other institution to yours.

What is that i have to do to get your attention or should i take legal steps or expose you on 702? I am tired of fighting FNB who is a bully on their customers. I would never recommend anyone to be your client.
