Ridiculous Bank Fees

At this point i just want to close my account with FNB. I went to a store purchased goods worth R500 paid at the counter and transaction was successful therefore i took my products home.

Few days later i get a notification of R200 unpaid fee and i queried with the complaints department twice and i’m told when merchants bank their money they couldn’t find funds in my account but the funds were paid on the day of purchase. Why would they still go to my account?

Fast forward…

I logged 2 tickets assigned to Bongani Khumalo And Rahul Singh. Neither of the above agents bothered to call and hear me out. In fact they both dismissed my matter and closed the tickets without any resolution .

All i need is the R200 credited back to my account because i have no business on when the merchants bank their money. The transaction was successful on my end.
