Pathetic customer service

My husband used his app and wanted to transferoney from his savings account to his holding account. Our closed credit card is still on the app and by accident he paid the money into the the credit card instead of the hounding account. He spend an hour on the phone today, getting out through from one person to another and nobody could help. I also phoned and was holding on for 20min and ran out of airtime. I am so disappointed as we wanted to move all our business to FNB from ABSA, but I don't think I will do it because the customer care is pathetic!
