Pathetic customer service

Received a call from Darren , doing a follow up on my complaint. in advising him with regards to this complaint and the charges i will be liable for with regards to the inconvenience i received from FNB. He still failed to provide good customer service. His solution was for me to walk around with the R3000 and deposit the money and do a transfer.....like really how do you advise a customer to walk around with so much money, knowing how busy it gets month end. Do you even know what time i was going to leave work? that is no solution to the problem , telling me FNB is not liable for not advising me about the standard cheque accounts limit hat is set on R3000.00. how DO YOU ACTIVATE A CARD AND NOT INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER OR EVEN ASK AS TO HOW MUCH THEY WOULD LIKE THE LIMIT TO BE SET ON. Daren you have no idea what customer satisfaction is...what is standard to you and FNB is not standard to each and every customer that joins FNB. i am still unsatisfied and i say FNB should be compensating me for the inconvenience.
