Pathetic Customer Service

I lodged a complaint regarding my investment transfer request almost 2 weeks ago. I haven't received assistance with this till date. Yesterday I called in following *** promising a call in 2 business days which I didn't receive and was promised a call back by COB, this did not happen. I called today and got no feedback, Verona transferred me and I held the line for 7 minutes with h no assistance. My money was moved from my account. What the hell FNB!!! DO BETTER!!!
