Pathetic customer service

I am shocked of the poor and pathetic customer service I have been receiving. My query has been escalated to so many different people but not resolved. Yesterday I received a call from Rorisang an advisor, promising to help me out and phone me back today before 1pm and till now I have not heard anything from him. It's so disappointing to say the least.
