Pathetic customer service

I was promised a call back from a manager within 24‐48 business hours, we have surpassed that.

I received an email from one of your consultants requesting documentation from me which I have sent to you guys on numerous occasions!

I am still waiting on a response from your consultant!

Your service is utter ****! How do you expect to retain customers! I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman if nothing gets done of my timeless emails, energy and stress you are causing me!
