Pathetic Customer Service

FNB's customer service is absolutely pathetic. They upgraded my account to the incorrect account and now 4 months later it STILL isn't fixed. The consultant who upgraded my account (Jacob) confirmed that he corrected the error only for me to find out today that he did not upgrade my account to the correct one, now I have to keep calling FNB and follow up to get them to do their job.

Will absolutely never recommend this bank to anyone.
