Pathetic customer service

I have had my trading account blocked for the past +-10 months thanks to FNB, meaning I have been unable to conduct my business and have lost my source of income. I've gone back and forth with investigators, team leaders, complaint consultants and even their social media liaison, all of whom have chosen to ignore emails and make a multitude of empty promises. All I require from them is for an email to be forwarded to me from their investigator, despite how easy this may sound, not one person has been able to help with this seemingly simple request or even bothers to get back to me. I even attempted to log a formal complaint, and was provided with a "high priority" case number, however, that consultant has not gotten back to me in over a month now and "high priority" simply doesn't mean the same thing to every business. No one seems to care and everyone needs to be chased by the customer for things to be seen to, and even then nothing gets done.

Reviewer Update
FNB has further proved that they do not care about customer service. On the day of writing my initial review (9Jul), I received an email from FNB stating that they would "endeavour to resolve your complaint within five business days". Three days later (12Jul) I received an email from the initial investigator assigned to my case, an email containing partial information that I could not use without further details. I immediately responded back to request these details, sent multiple follow up emails, and have still received no response to my email. It has now been 12 business days, more than twice the timeframe I was told I could expect, and I am stuck right back where I started, begging for responses from FNB employees who simply could not care less. My experience with FNB has been nothing short of disgusting and I would not recommend them to anyone.
