Pathetic customer service
On the 8th of February 2016 I laid a complaint for being charged bank fees for a debit order that I did not authorise. I was told that the request was being processed and would be told within 3 business days of the outcome. It's the 19th of February now and I have had no feedback or refund. This can only be called pathetic service. <br>
