PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made an online purchase on Amazon.com on my business credit card. Received no confirmation that the tx was processed. I've been trying for an hour to get hold of someone on a call centre to confirm. Eventually got asked to dial ***. This takes you through all the menu options only to terminate directly in the "Rate Our Service"!!!! and now I'm trying to resolve this via the app secure chat - I've been transferred 3 times already - THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE
