Pathetic Customer Service

I am so frustrated right now, trying to resolve an enquiry from Sunday with this horrible bank. I am with them for about 13 years now and I don't know how I have done it. I try to call so I get actually speak to someone but I speak to a automatic voice and then cut off. I am honestly going to change my bank. Absolutely horrific customer service. How can we help you? Terrible lies.
