Pathetic Customer Care(Can never get hold of them)

My phone got ****** 6 days ago.I have been trying to contact fnb ***** department for days,I've even emailed them and yet no response.Call only rings without any consultant answering. How can people trust fnb with their money when they never around to assis***** been 6 days yet I have not been able to even dilink my banking app from my previous device.This is really pathetic behavior from FNB Bank.They need to stop making people work from home...covid is over.They not doing their jobs...seems like they sleeping
