Pathetic Contact Centre Service
Terrible Call Centre Service. For the second time i have been put on hold for over an hour

On another note, I made another call through the contact Centre and was attended to by Goitsemang Metsing (Ref RW***) and what a pleasure it was interacting with her. Very calm, engaging and above all I was done with her in under 20 minutes of which 75% of the time I was in the holding queue.
