Pathetic Complaints Resolution Dept

I reported/complained about the fact that my Rev. Loan statement is still showing my Johannesburg address even though I sent FNB an update of my Cape Town address pre lockdown already.

Phuti Somo from the Retail Complaint's dept replies asking me to "prove" that the statement shows the Joburg address...

Seriously WTAH service is that supposed to be... you quick to charge monthly fees and this is the type of NON-TCF service we get.

You can't just check your statements yourself, the client has to send you back your own statement you sent, just so you can see for yourself.
