Pathetic client service

Fnb just put my acc from a + to a -. Unauthorized debit order on my acc which I did not approve went off, how is this legal? Am I not suppose to authorize a debit order first? I have a business I'm running and now I cant even pay my employees. Who is paying these service fees who is paying my acc? Fnb is pathetic and does not look after its clients
