Pathetic Church Square Branch Service!!!

Waiting time on my ticket , says 17 minutes, 50 minutes later still my ticket isn’t called. Only 2 Tellers working 1 closes due to family crisis because I had to ask but there is no solution to the waiting period. Now my deadline is not met due to the incompetence of no service delivery. Not even a runner to checkup. Such a ****ed up branch.
