PATHETIC CHARGERS FOR YOUR MISTAKES

FNB please stop ****ming your customers. I have lodge a complaint that your deducted twice for my personal loan account, with that the policy that I have with couldn't go through and I was charged a fee of R515 for that unpaid debit order. It is your negligence that the policy was unable for debit so why must I pay for the charges?
