Pathetic

This is now the 4th time i am writing about the same issue…. Not once has FNB reached out to me about an account that was converted to a personal loan…since 2020 i have been trying to figure out where this account is. It did show up on any FNB platform. I phoned held the phone for hours and not one single person could help me. Numerous times i phoned and asked eventually after making a massive noise legal eventually phoned me about this account….where they tell me that i have to pay this account after explaing to them that i am willing to pay what the original account was standing on and not the intrest that has accumulated over the last 3 years as i had to get them to acknowledge this account… the guy i spoke to said he will get back to me….since then FNB has not been in touch but have handed this account over to numerous collectors where i tell them the same store

Now they want to serve me with section 129?

This is ****en disgusting the level of service at this bank and the ****en audacity!

I will say it again i am happy to pay the original out standing amount that i was paying off to start off with but i will not pay the interest that has accumulated over the last 3 years!

I will be taking this to the ombudsman as clearly FNB doesnt know how this works
