PATHETIC CARD ORDER AND DELIVERY PROCESS
It is just pathetic that FNB cannot simply give me a call to arrange a simple delivery of my card. I have been waiting since Monday the 20th of May. It's absolutely pathetic.

28 May 2024, 12:02Your responses are absolutely useless to me when the problem is not being addressed. I mean the only thing you've been doing is sending me messages that you've received my complaint but you are not addressing it.
I raised this issue over the past weekend and It's Tuesday today I still have not received my card or a call for that matter.
