Pathetic

I had policies with fnb in which I had to cancel as they were in arrears. I got no accountability as to why they’re in arrears when I had to pay double payments on some months to make up for the missed months. After cancellation I was still double debited. I have multiple complaints and at the end of the day I give up complaining as nothing is ever resolved.They are quick to reply when a complaint is on hellopeter but never assist at the end of day
