Pathetic!

Absolutely pathetic service !! My husband tried to open and Account he got the card but is not able to get the OTP because the number on the system is no longer his number, fnb branch Featherbrook refuses to help him change his number and calling they say go to the branch !

Absolute pathetic service !! I will not be using fnb again
