PATHETIC

My fiance has been battling for over a month to get his credit card working! After numerous phone calls, **** promises of call backs, sitting on hold for over 15 minutes at a time for hours each day - we still cannot get it working! We have put money on the credit card and yet transactions still decline - we have almost R100 worth of bank charges for declined transactions on an account that money in it! The service is ridiculous!!!! They will put you on hold and cut the call off!

After years with FNB i think its time to move to another bank!!
