Pathetic
Honestly I'm so tired of the small claims at FNB, not only are they slow with responding to emails/calls the outcome of the claim is not what is stated in the policy. If they giving me a hard time with a small claim I wonder what Motor/Housing customers go through. If anyone were to ask me? I'd say look for a different insurer.
