PATHETIC BUSINESS BANK

We have been trying to open a business account with FNB for 11 days now, no one calls to assist, no private banker as advertised, when you call the call center they are so rude and will not answer a simple question of if the account is open or not, you must answer security questions but have no idea what information they have so you keep failing an get told to call back and try again. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC service. We are wanting to move over 5 million rand but they clearly do not want the business.

FNB clearly does not want any new business.
