Pathetic Bullies

Pathetic service ever, I constantly make payments to this account, and there was a transaction that was supposed to take place, Fnb ********** department decide to withhold my money, they do not bother calling/contact me to verify if I am aware of the Transaction. They just withhold my money. I go to the branch they telling me there is nothing they can do, except to send an email to them requesting that the funds be released. Very bad service. I am changing to Standard Bank.
