Pathetic banking service

I need to rate them zero I swiped my card at 2 stores on the 12th Feb and had funds in my account funds were reserved however they was a debit order that went on 16th feb of which I never even authorized. Thereafter fnb charged me for 3 unpaid fees. I won't recommend banking with them and I myself currently am deciding to move my portfolio away from them. Very dissatisfied with there services.
