Pathetic Bank with Unreasonable Fees...

I can never understand how cruel this bank is to it's customers. How do I pay close to R500 for missed debits, especially since I rectified the error the following day. Why the STEEP fees? How does FNB justify this? So much for how can we help you. More like, how can we destroy you financially. And since they are now calling us the changeables, the one thing I will change at the first chance I get, is banks. 24 years as a loyal customer means nothing. I don't recommend this bank. This is not their first act of financial cruelty towards me. They always kick me when I am down. ALWAYS.
